Blanco, the owner of a family business, is preparing for a visit from a committee that will decide whether he will receive an award for business success. He wants everything in his company to be perfect and balanced, but problems keep piling up one after another. Things become more complicated when a recently fired employee arrives with his children, demands his job back, and then launches a personal campaign against Blanco.
