A crew of dirty cops are blackmailed by the Russian mob into carrying out a nearly impossible heist. To make it work, they have to trigger a 999, police code for an officer down. Their plan goes sideways when the rookie they intended to sacrifice survives and foils the attack, setting off a violent chain of double-crosses, greed, and revenge.
