In 2142, at the Jackson colony, Rain Carradine lives with her synthetic brother Andy, who was reprogrammed by her father to protect her after the death of her parents. Weyland-Yutani keeps the colonists trapped by extending their contracts, and when Rain's ex-boyfriend Tyler proposes a desperate escape plan, she joins him and a small group of friends to raid an abandoned station for cryogenic chambers and flee to Yvaga. But the mission unleashes deadly alien creatures, and survival quickly becomes uncertain.
