Hell Fest is introduced as a horror theme park which travels across the country during the Halloween season. A young girl from Cincinnati is separated from her group during one of the mazes and confronted by a masked figure known as "The Other," whom she recognizes as a man who had been following her and her friends all night. Natalie arrives at her former apartment to meet her best friend Brooke, who is living there with Taylor, a classmate Natalie does not get along with. Brooke, Taylor, Quinn, Asher, and their friend Gavin plan a visit to Hell Fest, where a killer begins targeting them among the crowds and attractions.
