Based on a true story, the film follows an 80-year-old woman in Copacabana who becomes determined to dismantle a drug trafficking scheme operating in plain sight. After growing frustrated with crime and the corruption around her, she begins secretly filming the dealers from her apartment window and gathering evidence for the police. Her recordings eventually help expose a major narcotics operation and police corruption.
