Clover and her friends search for her missing sister and travel to a remote area where she recorded her final video message. Sheltering in an empty house in the woods from a storm, they are attacked after dark by a masked killer and brutally murdered. They then wake up and realize they are trapped in a time loop, forced to relive the terrifying night over and over as they try to survive until dawn.
