In 1970, terrorists from the Japanese Red Army hijack a passenger plane and divert it toward Pyongyang. In response, the South Korean government devises a risky plan: one of the country’s airports is to be disguised as North Korean in an attempt to trick the hijackers into landing. A covert team is assembled and must act quickly, by any means necessary.
