MI6's top assassin Sebastian is reunited with his long-lost brother Nobby, a football hooligan from Grimsby. Unaware that Sebastian is an MI6 agent, Nobby sets off to find him, only to become entangled in a dangerous plot that threatens the world. With Sebastian framed and on the run, he is forced to rely on the help of his well-meaning but utterly clueless brother to survive and stop the conspiracy.
