Seven-year-old Tim Templeton has always had an overactive imagination, and for the past seven years life has been all peaches and cream, with plenty of love and affection from his caring parents. But when Boss Baby arrives — an unexpected new brother dressed in a black suit, tie, and briefcase — Tim realizes the newcomer has taken over the whole house and robbed him of his happiness. Soon, Tim and the new boss in a diaper must put their differences aside and join forces when a scheme involving the head of Puppy Co. threatens to upset the balance of power.
