Bradley Thomas is a hard-working man who tries to leave his criminal past behind, but after losing his job he turns back to drug dealing. A bad trade lands him in prison, while his pregnant wife is taken hostage by gangsters. They threaten to harm the baby unless Bradley kills an inmate in Cell Block 99, forcing him to stop at nothing to save his family.
