The Electric State
Action, Adventure, Comedy

In the early 1990s, humanity has survived a robot uprising and war, thanks to Dr. Ethan Skate's invention of the neurocaster, which allows people to remotely control mechanized humanoid drones. Now many prefer spending their days in neurocasters instead of living in the real world. After losing her parents and younger brother Christopher, teenager Michelle is visited by Cosmo, a cartoon robot her brother loved, who tells her that Christopher is alive and that his consciousness somehow ended up inside the machine. To find him, Michelle must travel to the exclusion zone, a vast walled-off desert filled with defeated robots.
