Against all logic, competitive swimmer Haley drives into the path of a catastrophic Category 5 hurricane to check on her estranged father, Dave, in Florida. In their weather-beaten home, they become trapped in a flooded crawl space as a pair of six-metre alligators stalk them. With the rising water and the predators closing in, they must fight to survive.
